Remote Assistance
Simple tasks like installing a printer or changing a setting can be done remotely through your high speed internet connection using our Remote-Link Software. When you start a support session your computer will show us what is on your screen and let us interact with it like we were sitting in front of your computer. After the support session our software will uninstall itself, all you need to do is delete the file you downloaded.

Step 3: Double Click on Start Session
